Dog-sledding in scenic surroundings

Here are some examples of what we have to offer:

First-timers: This is your ideal introduction to dog-sledding, a simple excursion that requires no prior experience whatsoever.

A fire and treats in the lavvo: Our most popular dog-sledding excursion. Similar to “First-timers”, but we stop at a lavvo (a traditional Sámi tent), light a fire and enjoy a hot meal.

 Speeding through the night: Same length as our “First-timers” excursion – except we go dog-sledding in the dark of night, when there is a special magic to the winter landscape. With luck we may even see the dance of the Northern Lights!

The exciting Mount Jengelen: On this excursion, which starts at Tomasvatnet lake (95 km south of Mosjøen), we often see wildlife such as ptarmigan, fox and wolverine. On previous trips we have also seen wolf tracks.

Fishing and Dog-sledding: For the ultimate Arctic wilderness adventure, we invite you to combine dog-sledding with ice-fishing. We’ll test our luck in lakes and tarns that are known for good fishing, and relax around the bonfire.

Tailored tours / Group excursions: We’ll gladly tailor tours to special requests and needs, and to the group’s prior experience. Please tell us your wishes – we’ll give you a memorable adventure!

Transportation: We’re well equipped to transport personnel, equipment and supplies to sites far off the beaten track. Or to help you lighten the load on your excursion.
